Welcome to the caring touch of Montecito Chiropractic Center .  We have been serving Marin  County and surrounding communities for 22 years. Our upper cervical care is unique.  We take a special interest in educating all of our patients to become partners in the healing process. Dr. Elena Vince and Dr. Monica Egan actively provide a variety of presentations on all aspects of  Wellnesss: The basis of  Health, Nutrition, Getting a Grip on Stress.  The more we understand our bodies and the mechanisms that allow perfect health and those that cause interference, the more committed we become to achieving our health goals.
