Dr. Elena Vince, an amazing Chiropractor!!! When I reach my 30’s I started suffering of headaches and low back pain, my left knee ,left shoulder, heel . I wish I knew about Dr. Vince long time ago, she is an amazing Chiropractor!!! I been seen her for a year, I love how she educate us on how little misalignment on your spine can affect your entire body I used to take Advil (pain reliever pills) and sudafed(sinus pills) every week, since I been seen her, I don’t take pain or sinus pills that often I wish everyone that experience pain will have the opportunity to meet Dr Vince because she has the magic hands that will help slowly to get ride of that pain . After sustaining a neck and back injury that affected about seven of my vertebrae, I needed continued care to manage pain and subluxations; however, some traditional chiropractic centers were too harsh on my body, making quick, jerking, and often painful adjustments. Montecito Chiropractic was the perfect choice for me due to its less invasive adjustment method called the Blair Upper Cervical Chiropractic Technique. Now, I’m able to get adjustments pain free, and much more directly. My back pain has steadily been improving since I started roughly a year and a half ago. Dr. Elena has magic hands! I have a (healed) ruptured disc that was causing significant pain after 10 years. I also had pinched nerves that mimicked a heart attack. Not only has she cleared all that up, but I no longer have what doctors diagnosed as irreversible arthritis in my hands (docs said it would only get worse - and it is gone!). She is a master in her field. I have had other chiropractors - in fact I went to one that was covered by my insurance, who made things much worse! Straight back to Dr. Elena. Now she has also helped my husband, who was a real skeptic. Thank you, Dr. Elena for giving me my youth back!

I am a migraine patient and used to have them so frequently that I went on preventative medication. I took the highest dosage twice a day, every day for over 5 years. Any time I missed a dose, I got a migraine, invariably. I've been seeing Dr. Monica Egan for about 2 years now. 10 months ago, I weaned myself of of the medication and haven't taken ANY since. I came in with constant severe back pain. There were times were I could hardly move. I could barely walk let alone exercise. I needed to do something so I tried montecito chiropractic. It has done wonders, I have little to no pain, I am finally able to exceeding regularly and live a normal life. I started off going three times a week and I am now down to only needing to go a couple times a month. It has been fantastic! I could not recommend them any more!

About 10 years ago I was referred here by a friend. Dr. Vince has helped me more than any other chiropractor I have seen over the last 35 years (there have been quite a few). Here work with my atlas has made such a difference for me. I've brought my children and husband for adjustments and referred some friends too!
